Mr. Aswin is an accomplished VLSI professional with 13+ years of deep expertise in the Semiconductor industry, particularly in Physical Design (PD). With a total of 18+ years of experience in Domain expertise and Design Services.

Aswin has successfully led technical and delivery functions in roles such as Engineering Manager, and Technical Program Leader. He has a strong background in managing and scaling engineering teams, driving end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic engagement and consistent technical execution.

He possesses strong hands-on and leadership experience in Physical Design flows, including Floorplanning, Placement, Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS), Routing, Physical Verification, IR/EM Analysis, Timing Closure, and Tape-out Execution at advanced nodes. He is also well-versed in EDA tools and flow automation, contributing to multiple successful tape-outs for high-performance SoCs.

In addition to his strong technical foundation, Aswin has actively contributed to project and team management, customer interactions, proposals, recruitment, and delivery governance.
